After 10 years in operation, WoQuaZ wins the SmartHome Award 2024 in the “Best Project” category.
How does that happen?
In WoQuaZ, the historically grown digital island systems were merged into comprehensive applications.
Result:

- Significantly improved energy efficiency: Weather-adjusted, more than 30% less gas consumption in 2023 compared to 2021 – with constant electricity consumption.
- The apartments detect falls and emergency situations in which the residents could no longer trigger an alarm – with a significantly lower false alarm rate than the classic home emergency call system.
- Improved living comfort: indoor climate, automatic door opening, security functions (fire protection, flooding) and much more.
