Assistance in everyday life

Life in your own four walls is made easier and more comfortable by numerous assistance functions:

    • Lighting control
    • Automatic, remote-controlled access control and door opening
    • Autonomous optimization of heating, ventilation and air conditioning
    • and much more.

The Caring Apartment communicates with the residents acoustically and visually, so that they always have final decision-making authority.

Emergency detection

Based on the individual behavior of the residents, emergency situations and falls are precisely identified, verified and help is called.

The alarm chain can be individualized so that – depending on the type of emergency – e.g. the carer or neighbor is notified first, then relatives and friends and, as a last resort, the emergency call center.

Possible dangerous situations are reliably identified and defused:
    • Flooding in the bathroom
      ▶︎ water shutoff
    • Smoke development in the kitchen
      ▶︎ stove shutdown
    • Windows may be open when leaving the apartment ▶︎ reminder function

Autonomous control

The Caring Apartment can reliably detect presence and absence and distinguish it from inactivity.

Depending on the situation, the following can be controlled, for example:

    • Lighting and night lights
    • Roller shutters / blinds
    • Heating and ventilation
    • Doors and windows

This optimizes heating and temperature, improves the indoor climate, saves energy and prevents mold formation.
